Get Your Butt in Gear!!

Let's be honest here - special events seem to bring out all our insecurities right? We all want to look our best, especially if we haven't seen most of the other invited guests in years. Well here is an at-home workout from the folks at SparklePeople you can do to perk up those buns!

  1. I love that you called them "Sparklepeople" lol That reminds me a lot of the floor work out in the Slim in 6 program. It's HARD and really gets your heart pumpin.
